SET OCTOBER TIVOLI PROPERTY AND THE QUEENRIDGE EXPANSION

The queensridge is a residential skyscraper that is situated to the west side of Las Vegas valley in the neighborhood of the summerlin. Most of the construction in began in 2005 and ended in 2007. The queensridge is closer to the shopping, schools, libraries and hospitals. Tivoli property also has a world architectural lifestyle option and unique American destination. Five companies have been involved in the development and construction of the project in order to expand the place.

There have appeared a sparse lineup confirmation of tenants due to the announcement of the Las Vegas property expansion by Tivoli Village owners. During the recession, the expansion of the original plan shelved in the last decade and roughly would add 300,000 square to the Mediterranean-themed retail, office project at Rampart Boulevard and the Alta Drive.
